Today in eastgates woolworths, shelves were falling off, everything was dirty. It was really bad. And I'm talking about in the food section. We walked past the bread and in front of me an old lady fell. Because your floor was extremely dirty. It has dish soap on the floor and she fell because of it. The staff stood around doing nothing, not even thinking about helping her. I told the one staff member to get someone to clean the floor as I was helping the lady up. I find it pathetic that the staff stood around and did nothing, and just replied ok after I asked them to clean if before other people got hurt. They didn't even ask if she is ok. Afterwards we were in the queue to buy our stuff. The floor was black with dirt, and a deodorant roll on was broken leaking on the floor. Waiting for more people to slip and get injured. I really was angry about that. I asked for the manager and he or she couldn't be found. Really really terrible woolworths! For some company that "cares" about customers, your staff sure doesn't show it
