I arrived @ your branch in boksburg @ about 7:30 was told by security that someone should open round about 07:45am. I walked into your banch where and elderly lady was eating porridge at her desk and I was told that the person that does the invoicing is not in. I then requested a manual invoice as I have done business with you. Her response was I must wait until that lady arrives. 08:01am this morning she arrives and I stood waiting at your counter where I saw her walking to. I waited about 5min until I asked where is the lady that should be serving me I was told she is sitting at her desk waiting for you, On previous occasions I was not at your branch I sent my colleague so I ask you what sort of mannerism is that. I then told her excuse me I am the customer why don't you make sure you arrive @ the office 10 min earlier to get your computer on and yourself sorted so that when customers arrive there is no wait. I was told by her but pick n pay opens @ 8am. What she doesn't understand is that service is so important. (WAITING ANOTHER 6MIN FOR HER COMPUTER TO CONNECT) DISGUSTING SERVICE DISCIPLINE YOUR STAFF. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THAT BRANCH.
