On the 24th July i entered the OMO sms competition and contacted OMO for my prize. I was supposed to get a R79 off voucher from the local Adegas restaurant and gave 3 dates to the call center person. since then i have called on numerous occasions to query my prize and have still had NOTHING from them at all. It is now 7 weeks later and still nothing except empty promises. One specific call centre lady, Ronel, promised she would sort it out and still nothing! I feel that this competition was false advertising. You buy the product enter the competition and then NOTHING!!! it's disgusting that such a large company's service is so appalling!!! I will probably not be buying OMO again as i will not support false advertising!!!
