What bad customers service

On Saturday 7/09/2013 using card number 56435702.
I purchased groceries of about R3000.00, I was really shocked when I got to the till and was told I needed to pack my own groceries back in the trolley after paying for them, REALLY!!! At Pick n Pay id spend R100.00 and somebody would be there to assist me. At Makro Srubensvally I found myself doing the packing myself and was even offered a plastic (which I purchased) to put my toiletries in, please tell me how much do I need to spend in order for me to get a somebody to pack my groceries? THIS IS REALLY AN EPIC FAIL WHEN IT COMES TO CUSTOMER SERVICE, NEXT TIME MAKRO IN CROWN MINES WILL DEFINATLY BE MY FIRST CHOICE.
