My hubby and I went to makro today with our baby. I quickly ran back into the store leaving my husband at the till holding our sleeping baby. Daniel came with a smile and unpacked all our groceries even after I got back to the till - with a BIG SMILE! Thereafter packing the trolley again for us. It was so refreshing to have someone assist us so willingly and with so much enthusiasm when usually you expect sullen faces and 'i am doing you a favour' attitude at most shops. Well done on hiring Daniel Langa, you should give this guy a raise... good attitudes like his make people want to come back again and again.
