We had paid for our groceries at the till but forgot to take it not even 5 min passed when we realised that the packer had NOT put the groceries in the trolley so we went back immediately went to the teller that we paid but when we got there she said she does not know where our groceries were and said that the person behind us probably took the groceries at that time I was extremely angry firstly they didn't even pack it in our trolley secondly when we walked off they didn't call us back before we left the shop to get the groceries and thirdly how can they just give our groceries to another customer surely the packer realised that it does NOT belong to that customer we got NO GROCERIES AND NO REFUND!!! it is not my job to pack int he groceries or to call a customer back at least.
