I Lost My Diamante

On Friday, 07th of June 2013, when I got to work and started typing on the computer I realised my diamante is missing from my engagement ring. I turned the office upside down, not even to mention my house. My diamante is nowhere to be found.

When I took a closer look at my engagement ring, I realised the clips that hold my diamante is broken off, all 4 of them.

I took my engagement ring back to American Swiss where we purchased it, to show them the clips have broken and because of that I lost my diamante. They informed me that my engagement ring's warrantee has expired and there is nothing they can do for me. They could not do anything for me nor provide me with any advise as what I have to do further. The only information they provided me with was that I have to send my engagement ring away for an quote. They could not even provide me with an estimate price.

This is my engagement ring which means A Lot to me!!

I am very upset on the way this situation was handled. This is a manufaturing fault and because of this I lost my diamante!

I would not purchase another item from American Swiss. What guarantee do I have this will not happen again.
