I am still in disbelief at the amazing service experience Makabini Kekana afforded me! Ordinarily, the levels of customer service leave much to be desired though I take my hat off to Makabini from Dion Wired at The Grove shopping mall. She began by acknowledging my entrance into the store and enquired whether she could be of assistance. She delightfully led me to the microwave section of the store to show me what was on offer. I mentioned a special price that I had seen online at a competitor store. This is where the unthinkable happened. She promptly reached for her mobile phone and called the small appliances department of the competitor store to verify the price I had mentioned with the intention to match the price! This level of service is unheard of in my opinion and suffice to say, she immediately matched the price for the exact same appliance. She further explained to me the pros and cons of all the appliances and enlisted the expert assistance of a colleague to give me details of another appliance I was interested in. Dion Wired has an amazing BLUE CARPET service experience when one is served with a smile, humility, professionalism and sheer grace as Makabini afforded me!
