This being my 3rd complaint, all Fatima Combrinck from American Swiss does is escalate the same response to all complaints and NO PERSON actually resolves the complaint.
This is the worst service ever, from myself, my friends, family and colleagues after what has happened to my ring vow not to purchase any product from American Swiss again, further to my amazement the response and follow up on the query is appalling. Why have a customer complaints department when they cant do their job and actually finalise a query and leave a client happy after having the worst experience ever.
Remember this was my engagement ring that cost a fortune!!!
