I order and pay for a single mattress. I get phoned to say there is no sock. I inform you that I expect my mattress with 3 to 5 working days as that is YOUR terms and conditions. I phone again as the mattress I ordered does not fit any of my beds as it is a single extra length! Not what I ordered. I am told it will be collected and I will receive what I ordered. When??? Next year maybe???
