FNB Insurance Device is unbelievable

I am just off the phone with CIB Insurance. They said that they will replace the phone & I will have to pay Access Fees. First they said the access fee is R900.00 and something then after a while she said it is R700.00 and something. So which one is it? Anyway. What they don't seem to understand is that The Manufacturers of the phone, were going to replace it AT NO COST, because the phone was still under warranty and that is Apple's Policy FOR ALL DEVICES HAVING A MANUFACTURER'S DEFAULT. CIB will NOT pull a fast one on me. Their incompetence resulted in the phone loosing its warranty. I don't have to repeat this again. So why should I pay to have the phone replaced, when the Manufacturer was going to replace the phone at no cost had they followed the correct procedure? And then on top of it all, this Cindy woman gives me attitude and tells me to be grateful cause they are doing their best here and they are doing me a favor & I am getting a brand new phone etc.. OMW... I went to the mall this afternoon & bought myself a brand new phone, did a sim swap, so I have sorted myself out already. Replace the phone at no cost to me or cancel the contract already please. Its enough now!
