About 2.5 years ago, I booked my phone (Nokia X6, 32G) in at Nokia Care (Port Elizabeth) just for software upgrade-repairs. After disassembling my phone, they couldn't put it back together so they used SUPER GLUE. They then promised to order some new parts and that it'd be ready in a month time. When I went back there, I found my phone in such a bad state with a broken screen and more parts had gone missing. I was again told to wait for another month and it turned into almost 2.5 years. I made it clear to them that, its either they fix my phone or replace it with a new phone and should they opt to replace it, then the replacement should have the exact specifications as the one they have broken and I'm not gonna accept anyone's second hand phone. They keep making empty promises and I'm taking them straight to Court. I have never met such in my whole entire life!!! I've had enough of their disingenuous assertions!!!
