I brought two items from [URL Removed] which stated they will be delivered with in 24hours if payment is made
Before 12h00. I paid at 10h35 at 10h42 I received an Email saying thank you we have received your payment we will contact you when your package is ready to be sent.
I get another email at 11h42 saying... Your parcel is on its way! We are dispatching it on 05 September 2013 with our door-to-door service...
I haven't received anything yet and I tracked it on the web site and it says its 100% amend completed.
To me completed 100% means I have my items that I have paid for.
I phone customer care and after I was put on hold for 10 minutes after sitting twiddling my thumbs the lady said it will be delivered on Monday.
Why advertise next day delivery if payment is made before 12h00 and only deliver 4 days later.
It's f pathetic!!! Will be using [URL Removed] from now on.
