Shocking mistreatment of highly loyal custome

I had a hard drive 'recovery' done by hendrik of datarecover on the highest recommendation of mr van rooyen from incredible head office and a colleague of his

the so called recovery was a catastrophe even though i was assured by hendrik that it would be a success.

i corresponded with incredible head office and at the end of the day they sent me a letter to the effect that they are not going to help me in any interested and they distorted my query about why my drive was held back.
they said my proof of payment was inadequate. but hendrik himself, gave me approval to send the couriers
he doesnt know the rules of his own business!

when i got the second approval, the courier insist that they went four times and could not get the drive released. hendrik disputes this but the company have logs to the contrary!!

hendrik wont give me a cent back despite his no recovery no charge policy

his disastrous abomination of a recovery has made it extremely difficult for another company to attempt a recovery.
there is another very similar report from someone else about the same problem with datarecover and hendrik,

but the betrayal by incredible connection, is even more unforgivable
