I would like to take this time to give a Big thank you to Hendrik who handled my house claim.
The first appointment scheduled with Hendrik I was expecting the worse (you know you always here the horror stories from family and friends regarding insurance claims). But what I got was a friendly professional that wanted to his job. The one thing which stood out was that Hendrik explained the process and also informed that they will only pay out the minimum on certain products, but he went further and explained what the reason his for paying out the minimum amount, though this was unpleasant to hear it seemed fair for the reasons explained and at stage I already new what was going to happen and what the end result was going to be and my expectation was managed very well I would say. This also created trust for some reason only knowing Hendrik for a few minutes I started trusting him which also made me calmer and by the time he left my house I knew what is going to happen in the next few days and what to expect.
Two other things I need to compliment Hendrik on is his punctuality and advise he gave me was spot on. This might seem small but adds up in my book.
