promised to recover my hard drive
he guaranteed me that the recovery was 100 percent successful
he also promised me limited consultancy advice, which he did not deliver on
when the drive was tested extensively at incredible connection in cape town, it was found to have problems
hendrik then avoided my emails and calls. when i used a different number he twice said that he was in a critical meeting
the courier company who collected my drive say that they went to his place 4 times to collect my drive but he refused to release it. he denies this, but they say they have logs
please avoid this company
there are other reputable recovery companies in south africa
. i am contacting the people he purportedly represents like incredible connection, and relating my experiences and encouraging them to find an alternative recovery company to use
