I ordered 2 items online and paid by credit card for overnight delivery.
Delivery arrived the next week after having to complain. The order was
1. LATE
2.WRONG ITEM AND WRONG SIZE
3. MISSING AN ITEM
Tyrell prommised to correct the order the next day - nothing happened.
After numerous calls and him promising to rectify and deliver he tells us he has no stock.
I demanded a refund which i have been waiting now for almost 2 weeks. He says that he has refunded the money but nothing reflects in my bank and he apparently doesnt seem to know how to send an email with the proof of payment.
I am now going to consumer comissioner / small claims court
they have a nice glossy website but that where it ends. STEER CLEAR
