POOR SERVICE DELIVERY

Hi

I bought a Royal Bathroom set almost 3 months ago and I am still waiting for it. The other bedding that I order came within days. Nobody is also phone me to give me feedback about when exactly I'm going to get the set. I was just told it is out of stock.

The other problem I order a Blake Biscuit set separately and even pay separately for it, because the person and delivery address is different from mine. It was supposed to be a bday present now it was miles away from the person. I send it back to home choice and pay R209 and I want my money back. The other comfort set that was send with it, was also not with a matching linen bag. I also don't want that. I send everything back. I hope I will get a response because on all my emails I didn't get a response.
