Good Day

I bought bedding twice from Home choice between 2000 and 2002 and according to my understanding, everything was paid up as i requested payment period to be 6 months.

My problem is recently i was busy filling in forms to purchase the bedding and was not getting any responce from Home choice. Then last month i decided to call and gave my id number and i was tol my account was handed over to some lawyers. As far as i know i never skipped any payments and why did i not receive any letters stating i was in arrears let alone handed over. Again why was there no one communicating to me recently as i've been sending emails and the response that i was getting was i will get feedback regarding my recent orders.

Can somebody send me those statements that i was owing and why is there no one dealing with such queries where one does the purchase online and nobody responds with feedback. I placed countless orderr via email and fax but nobody bothered to tell me that i won't be assisted due to my previous account. I would'n't have bothered to order had i known that my account was in arrears.
