An unexpected call from TAKEALOT (Uhlricht) advising me that I could replace an item in my recent order with a cheaper replacement (local vs import bluray). It reduced the time I now need to wait for the order to be complete. Saving me money & getting me my items sooner... now who would have an issue with that :)
