I have been receiving calls from agents who work for Edcon (Edgars) and I am appalled at their attitude they have towards customers. I was unemployed for 3 months and could not pay my account, keeping in mind I was a good payer prior to that. I receive calls from agents demanding a payment be made, they are rude and unprofessional and I cannot believe such is allowed in a working environment and worse off, the calls are supposedly recorded. I work with people everyday and I KNOW that is not how customers a meant to be spoken to, yes I owe you money however manners and etiquette go a long way. I am actually disgusted just received a call from one of them again at 07:27 in the morning. Is that even allowed?
