I received a very bad service from a consultant at Edcon call centre inbound, this girl has attitude, lack of product knowledge and she needs more training with telephone etiquettes, she has no customer service and telephone manners. she couldn't answer simple questions I asked her instead repeated one and the same thing then gave me attitude. the worse thing that made me so irate is that she had decency to put the phone down without my knowledge or asking me and mind you I called with my airtime, I mean she left me hanging while she was going to call one of her colleagues. EDCON please educate your Agents customer service, product knowledge and telephone etiquettes...
