Spoken to properly

I have received a few calls from Edcon/Edgards for multiple reasons. Every time i get a call I am spoken to with bad manners and my name cannot even be said properly. Funny enough when a gentlemen calls he is polite and well-mannered leaving me feeling like a delighted customer yet every time a woman calls she screams and shouts and slams the phone down in my ear I am appalled by this am i supposed to be happy by that kind of service and come and shop at your store? Customer delight is essential, I think some work needs to be down or customers are soon going to find elsewhere to go where we are treated with respect and dignity! i refuse to take ANOTHER call from Edgards unless i am spoken to properly!!
