I had been the the store @ East Gate, seen a lounge suite and was told to submit my documents, little did I know that by getting my details online to speed up the process, then I can only purchase online. I was promised the set be delivered on a specific day but they failed to do so saying that the master guard hadn't dried. Then we settled on another morning to deliver which they again failed to do & leave alone taking a day off again I was late for work. On delivery the 2 back rests were missing, Later I was told it was underneath the zipped couch. LIKE IM SUPPOSED TO KNOW THESE THINGS!!! The delivery guy then states it was not master guarded, by that time i was ready to hit the roof! I then sent an email to higher authority stating my frustration from day 1. Nothing has been done to discount me as they say it was on promo. Is that my problem now after all the nightmare from them? 1st & last time to ever support them. So much for ''good'' customer service. You guys should rather close down because you are PATHETIC HEADLESS FOWLS who knows NOTHING!!!
