I LOVE SHOPPING with you guys, but every since you are using this Mr Delivery express, it's a nightmare. My first order 1162603 was dropped off at the neighbors without my knowledge, I had to phone to find this out. My second order 1176035 after I gave in as I need the dog stuff to be dropped off at the neighbor is missing and somebody I don't know signed for it. I am waiting for a reply as I had to phone this in as well. Now my third order 1177614 which is my husband's birthday present is ready for delivery and I told them to find a way to deliver early in the morning or late in the afternoon. Otherwise I will have to use Kalahari or something else. I'm not friends with my neighbors and I don't want to be. This is becoming a nightmare to order from you guys.
They only deliver between 2:30 and 5:30 who the is at home on at that time, I work. I do not want the goods dropped off at the office that's another nightmare with security etc...
