Danage Goods and Bad After service

A year ago I bought a lounge suite from this store. Firstly they delivered it late night in the dark and the rain was pouring outside. The delivery guys did not had time to check the suite as they were already behind schedule and the other furniture was also standing in the rain. When we opened the suite the one side was soaking wet and a footer of the couch was broken out. I reported it immediately the next morning after which they confirmed the it will be replaced. 5months wend by every time I went in for a payment I had to fight so they someone can replace the broken side. finally someone pitched with the wrong colour and size. Again this was reported and all they could say is that the lounge suite was discontinued. After a long fight they decided to give us R2500 discount which i had to take. It was that or take something else that was more expensive which i could not afford. I signed a letter and the promised me that the discount will be deducted. 4months later it was not done and bianca said she forgot. Know it is done but inly r2000 was taken off and she could not find the letter I signed. What about the other R500 i asked, but now they just ignore me and I need to pay AGAI
