The most appaling service ever!!!

I purchased a lounge suite from Furniture City Umhlanga Crescent on 22 June 2013 and paid for MasterGuard as well. The delivery was promised (from the Boksburg Distribution centre) on 27 June 2013 at a specified time. The delivery never took place as promised. after many phone calls, a very rude logistics agent from Boksburg put the phone down on me while I was still explaining her alternate delivery times. THe set was eventually delivered on a Saturday night at around 9pm. The set was very heavily packaged, with layers and layers of original packaging on it, leading me to suspect that the set was not Master Guarded. I phoned the salesman the next day and he insisted that it was Master Guarded and that he would email me a certificate. I explained that it was heavily packaged and not Master Guarded. The manager Derrick then contacted me and assured me that a Master Guard rep would inspect it. I gave Derrick dates and times when I will be available for the inspection. The dates have expired and I have not heard form the Master Guard rep.
I therefore insist on a full refund of my monies as soon as possible
