To Whom it may Concern
I was responsible for my clients boxes that were required to be picked up from the Kopanong Hotel in Benoni to be delivered to Cape Town. The Driver for the courier company dropped 2 x boxes of wine breaking 2 x bottles and ruining my carpet as one of the bottles was red wine. After 10 mins on the phone to First Freight and speaking to numerous people (Doctor was one person), I eventually got transfered to the Manager Rob who had a shocking attitude. His response was just to include this in the comment section, asked if I had the wine at the Hotel so that I could give the Driver replacement bottles to which my answer was no an these wines were brought up from Cape Town and he then proceeded to put the phone down. He did not even apologise for my stained carpet. Needless to say that I found the Company completely unprofessional!!!
