I often visit the Woolworths coffee shop in Eastgate Shopping Centre for a coffee or a light meal. I have been going there for many many years. For about the past year and a half, they have become very dirty and the staff's attitude has worsened. Leaving out the fact that I've seen a rat running around on two separate occasions, what's disgusted me more is that the previous 3 times I've been there, I've asked the waitress for a glass of water. She picked up a dirty glass from the table next to mine, took it to the sink (which is openly visible, and which some customers even use to wash their hands), she poured out the contents of the glass, opened the tap, rinsed out the glass once without using soap or a sponge, re-filled it with water and brought it to me to drink!! The same exact thing happened 3 times, on 3 different occasions, with different waitresses! Surely there is a dishwasher in the kitchen to wash the glasses and plates. How unhygienic!! I don't even want to know what happens in their kitchen. I am disgusted and will never be going there again. I should send the health inspector to close them down.
