Hi to whom this may concern

I spend about R5000.00 weekly at Pick and pay, this is also not the first I had a problem. I Purchased 4 items that was hanging from a separate holder showing the items as R33.99. I Then discovered the items true price is R122.99

I took this matter to Management (Gugu) which assured me I will get my items 4 items at the advertised price and I should ask for her presence once at the till. When we got to the till we were met by assistant Manger (April). He dint introduce himself and arrogantly told me he will not give me the items on the advertised price. He was rude and arrogant toward me and my family and told me that he doesn't care if I report this to Head office. He humiliated me in front of all the other shoppers.

If I dint check I would have been done in by R360.00. I see this as, and the way you treat you customers after trying to rip them off is disgusting. I spend in the region of K20 a month at your store and this is how you treat me???

I left the 4 items there, your service and staff sickens me. I hope some will call me regarding this matter
