I bought a Dell laptop, laptop bag, printer, keyboard and mouse on the 26th at Hypermarket, Brackenfell. They opened the box and showed at the bottom that the charger is there. I couldn't see inside the box properly and could only see a piece of plastic at the bottom and thought that it is the charger. This is the first time I'm buying a laptop. I then took the laptop to an IT person at Nedbank where I work on the Thursday to install for me, and when we took everything out of the box - there were no Laptop charger. On the 29th I went back to report this and one of the sales men said that they did show it and he can't help me. After 2 hours of standing there he said the head of the department will phone my on Friday... still haven't received a call. I am a pensioner and the fact that no one can help me and made me stand there for 2 hours without any help is ridiculous. Also, the guy helping me was very rude and told me I can complain on Hellopeter anytime. He doesn't care. I've spend a lot of money on my purchase there and buy regularly at the branch, I'm very disappointed at the level of service.
