Poor customer service

0n the 11th, Aug 2013, I purchased items under the impression that they are R18.00 as they were placed indicated, got to the till and was charged R28.00. I cleared the price with William who was the supervisor. He agreed that nowhere was there an indication that the price was R28.00. But there was no way he will give me the items for the price they packed it under he told me he will refund me, big was my surprise when he said I must go and restart the line. I was so upset that I walk out leaving the items as well as my money...
