We have a rain cheque coupon for out of stock items 20 friskies boxes advertised at R35.90 we got the rain cheque on the 13th January because all pick and pay stores were out of stock.
Today Sunday the 2nd February we found two boxes of the ones we wanted mariners choice at Kloof pick and pay the floor supervisor authorised it at the advertised price and crossed out the 20 on the coupon and wrote in 18. We then went to Linkhills pick and pay and found another nine mariners choice but when we got to the till and they called the floor manager who was very obnoxious to us and rude he tells us he cannot authorise this as the coupon has to be used in one store only!!! I said it says nothing about this on the coupon and he kept on saying he cant give the items to us at this price as the coupon can only be used in one store. It says nothing on the coupon to this affect only that its a rain cheque as a voucher for part payment for the above items. I would like the 18 remaining items on this coupon at the advertised price and a formal apology from this obnoxious know it all who shouldnt be in a job of this capacity with this attitude
