When I went into store to purchase products that I need before leaving town, the consultant informed me that my account had appeared as blocked on her side based on the account information appearing as though I am employed on a contract basis. She was kind enough to suggest that we call customer care to find out more about this, when we did she asked that the call centre agent Kenneth explain to me. He then proceeded to say the same thing about the account being blocked, i then asked Kenneth to elaborate and explain the situation so that I could understand, and he responded with "Do you have a letter", I then asked Kenneth when I was expected to have gotten a letter between being told 5 minutes ago and now and asked him not to be rude, Kenneth proceeded to be rude over the phone, and address me in Xhosa and I asked him not to and he began to argue with me as to whether or not I understood the language, asked to speak to his manager and he then told me that would not happen, called me stupid for not understanding what he was saying and then slammed the phone down in my ear.
