Me and my girlfriend went to the Kolenade store on Saturday the 19th of January 2013. We were actually looking for quotes. After speaking to the Sales lady (service was good) we decided that we will accept the quote. She took us to the credit department and we started with the paperwok. The deal was authorised and all was good up until the time we looked through the contract, Irene made the contract out to B Liezel and NOT L Bloem, which meant that she had to cancel the contract and correct it. Once done with all the requirements she informed us that it was blocked by their head office because they expected due to the same id nr being used twice, she assured us that by Monday we will have an answer. Monday came and at about 12h00 I phoned Irene and she said that the system did not release it as yet and reassured me that by the latest Teusday I will have an answer. Tuesday came and I phoned her again, she said that their Head office had problems with their emails and that the documents never arrived at head office but it will take 48 hours for them to clear everything. It is Thursday today and no one called me, I again phoned them and she said that it STILL was not cleared???
