Applied for a WIFI contract on Monday. Received a sms saying that my contract was approved and that I should wait for a call from the dealer. Tues came and went and by Wed I went back to the dealer. Their answer was that they had contacted "head office " and the special in the catalogue was not loaded onto the system. It is now Thursday afternoon and after going back again, "head office" is saying the the special has expired. The brochure shows that the special only expires at the end of the month. If this is the service I am getting at the start of my relationship with MTN, I dont know if I want to get involved.
