Please note that upon making purchases online money was deducted from my account twice but no order was approved or delivered it has now been a week and the money has not been returned to my account, upon contacting customer services they told me to contact my bank, which told me I had to pay R250-00 to reverse the charges which is ridiculous as this is not fault of my mine I either want my money returned or my orders delivered, absolutely disgusted with me mr p online & there customer services. If this matter is not dealt with accordingly I will take it further.
