Wrong Order Del & Order Cancelled No Notification

I ordered Metro 10-piece cookware set that i saw online on the 14/06. It was delivered & wasnt what i saw online. I called the customer services and they said it was written below the picture which is totally false advertising. You cant put a picture online and deliver something else. I informed them to arrange collection and refund me my money because what was delivered wasnt what i saw on the picture online. This was requested in June and to-date no one has picked up and I sit with products i dont want and i have been calling them ever since June almost every week and i get told someone will collect but i am still waiting. I am loosing a lot of money calling service is very poor. I ordered 3-piece Blue Winter Sheet Set on 1/7 and this was also never delivered. When i checked online the order details 3 weeks ago it said my order was cancelled as they are out of stock. No one bothers to contact me to inform me of this I had to chase after HC for my order to be delivered and then get told there is no stock. How do you advertise and accept an order and then say there is no stock and not even inform the customer? These were my 1st 2 ordes with HM and the experience was terrible. Neve
