I recently placed an order on-line for gifts for my son. Unfortunately one of the items I had ordered was not in stock, however a gent called me and apologised for this and asked if they should credit this amount back to me and continue with the order. I told the gent yes, please continue. The delivery of the ordered items has occurred, thank you Toys R Us, however the credit hasn't' been processed. The debit off my account has occurred! You get it right in with good dispatch staff, but then drop the ball with your accounts department. I've tried contacting Toys R Us using the supplied email address, but it would appear that this email has gone into the abyss of the cyber world as I am getting no joy from them. Please let me know when the credit will be processed, failing which further social media and criminal action will be taken!
