Have been waiting for 3mnth for rep to bring applicition form the breweries

I took over a sportsbar in November Got hold of the rep who told me that he will bring the forms it has been now almost 3 month and still waiting he calls every monday to the cocktail bar that is less than a 100 m away but does not call on us is the some 1 at the breweries who could please assist as asap.
