2 month old Samsung fridge breaks down

I bought a brand new fridge on 06/05/2013. On the 1st week of August I noticed water leaking from the fridfge. Upon inspection I discovered that it was defrosting. I called Game and notified them of my problem. A technician who idetified himself as "Brian" was sent to my house and he told me different stories on what's wrong with the fridge. He fixed it and said he will come back the following week to replace the motor. He came this past saturday and had to go through security pass as I live in an estate. Brian started shouting at me, telling me the entrance quoe is too long and that he is in a hurry. He replaced the motor and left. Now the fridge has a funny sound as if a door is swinged by the wind. I told Brian initially that I want a new fridge. The reason being the friddge has a two year guarantee and already broke down in its second month. What is going to happen when the fridge is 5years old and out of guarantee? What about my food that went bad? No one said anything about compensating the contents
