I received an amazing service from Shalane Lindor from Zando. I placed on order, made a payment for my item and sent through proof of payment however the amount paid was not reflect correct on their account. Shalane followed up on that email and was updating me everyday until she sorted it out with her financial department. she has been amazing offering me to order another item, store credit or refund as the item was out of stock.
