I had a few Service Providers coming to my house and telling me their is nothing wrong with my fridge. I have absolutely no knowledge but I knew of all the sounds my fridge made there was definitely something wrong with my fridge. The first company that came out on 21 March 2013 told me the problem was that a wire was touching? and that is why the fridge was all frozen up.

Last year December 2013 I phoned SAMSUNG SA and the guy called Brian Mathongo immediately told me that my fridge only needs a new sensor... When I told Brian about the the first guy that came to my house told me that a wire touched? and that is the reason that the fridge is all frozen up - he started laughing and told me that guy!!!
Mastercare is coming out this Friday afternoon Friday 31 January 2014 at 16:30 to replace the old sensor with a new sensor.

So it actually took 10 months to resolve the problem after I (the client) phoned Samsung SA) - so actually I (the client) by phoning Samsung SA resolved the issue!!!
