I have activated the insurance for my new phone at Edgar's Johannesburg witch was the option that I was happy to do. but after that it has been a nightmare of calls from hollards call center partnering with Edgar's to sell me other products the offer. I have been declining the life cover i don't know how many times. i want them to stop calling me cause the CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT does not allow what they are doing. i am just waiting for them to call me again then i will escalate it feather cause i hate how they handle their business at the moment it looks like they are foisting me to have that insurance and i don't want it. i only wanted the insurance for the phone and that's all.
