When i signed my contract at MTN Randpark Ridge i requested insurance for my phone. A week later i was contacted by MTN's insurance division and i asked them to please go ahead with the insurance. Since then i have dropped the phone and it is damaged. I went to MTN only to find out that they have never included the insurance on my contact and i am not covered. I Called the call center and spoke to Peter Bopape who is supposedly a manager and he promised to follow up on the matter and get back to me. Its now over a month later and nobody is willing to help. If i call they say i need to speak to the insurance division and insurance division say they cant help? If something is not done about this soon I will escalate this matter to the consumer protection act.
