Terrible service

Wow, I have never had such a bad experience in my life. I have always been told to use the online shopping avenue for my shopping requirements. I had a friend who recommended the Homechoice online catalogue for for all my requirements as she gegts mail from them and they eem to have really good products. I purchased and paid for a kettle on 16 July 2013 which arrived broken 1 week later. Almost 1 and a half monthsw later I am still waiting for them to replace it for me. Since then I have spoken to at least 3 supervisors and 20 call centre agents - who keep promising me a replacement which never comes. Yesterday I even got an sms that I have to pay them... what... really. Thse companies are very quick to make the sale and take your money, but as we all fear, if something arrives borken will you actually ever get your product replaced or do you just accept the loss... I am very sad because as I expected this was a complete flop and I will NEVER use an online shopping South African company again :-(
