I need clothes but hate shopping. Suddenly I stumbled upon Mr Price Online shopping. After looking all over for the T&C's and came accross the Online Chat Help. I had experienced this type of customer service previously when I booked tickets online in USA and always believed it was one of the best ways to offer customer service.
After waiting 2min a consultant was online and helping me and answered all my questions. 3min later I had placed my order and Mr Price gained a lifelong client.
Why cant ALL South African companies offer this service?
