After I already laid an complaint on Hello Peter this Department Store is still not doing what they promised.
I asked this Lady to change my Debit order Amount from R1025.00 To a lesser amount, as I CANNOT pay this amount on a monthly basis.
This was her feedback:
Good day Mrs. Kleb
Please be advise that I've transferred the account to 18 months and the current instalment is R770.00.

And guess what!!! I still had to pay R1025!!! And now she has the edacity to tell me that they did change it.
And thinks that she can just close this complaint.
If I knew a year ago that this specific chain store is so useless I would have rather opened an account with Edgar's, or kept my Woolworths account.
