2 Months of complaining and still no better off!!

I have complained about the same thing over and over and now closed my account down over a month ago already and still it is not closed. This is due to some transactions pending which was fine. This was a total amount of R300 something. I withdrew the last amount and left the amount in there that they needed to close the account down. This then didn't happen! As to my surprise my ABSA Bond fund would also only pay out into my ABSA account but they would not honour their own debit orders from their own accounts until after 40days have passed meaning that I would have to pay more charges on my account just to keep it open! I have yet to get my complaint heard by ABSA H/O who claim in my last two complaints on Hello Peter that they have resolved and responded to my complaints! This has gone way to far now! I somehow after not spending money on my account for three weeks while it was being closed down and having no money in the account an amount of R550 has somehow been allowed to debit even though this was not there when the account was suppose to be closed! ABSA are trying there hardest to destroy me and my credit profile! I will now be taking this up with the Financial Ombudsman!
