I bought a packet of mini EET-SUM-MORE biscuits last Sunday the 25/08/2013 and found that the biscuits inside were burnt and tasted horrid. I sent an email to Bakers the next day explaining the situation and never got any response.
Today AGAIN I bought a packet as I love these and yet again I found a packet completely burnt, I bought a third packet and found that about half the packet was burnt and some of the others normal. I took a picture of the biscuits where you can clearly see the discolouration and size of the bad biscuits.
I find it absolutely obscure that a company like Baker's would have such bad quality and then not even respond to a customer's complaint.
I will post the picture and the complaint on the internet and all social media pages I can find.
Absolutely horrible service.
